Community Health Workers United to Reduce Colorectal Cancer and Cardiovascular Disease Among People at Higher Risk (CHURCH) is a National Institutes of Health-funded research study at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. CHURCH works with community health workers from Black churches in New York City to identify and engage community members who are not up to date with their colorectal cancer screening. Adults 45 and older who live in the five boroughs of New York City are eligible to participate.
