Stay Hydrated

  • With the warmer months ahead of us, its super important to drink water everyday
  • Though the recommended amount is 8 8 ounce cups a day, you should be drinking more or less based on your weight and height
  • Water has MANY benefits to the body such as:
    • Providing energy for the body
    • Better skin complexion
    • Removal of toxins in the body
    • Boosts immune system
    • Promotes healthy weightless management

Always Wear Sunscreen

  • Your skin is your largest organ that many neglect
  • Everyone should wear sunscreen! It protects your skin from the harmful sun rays that everyone is exposed to everyday
  • Recommended SPF to wear is 30+
  • Moisturizers, sunscreens and even foundations can provide the needed SPF

Mental Health

  • Clean your space

    • Having a cluttered space can create a cluttered mind. It's the start of the new month, a fresh start for new beginnings

  • Delete old texts/ emails
    • Keeping older emails and texts not only takes up storage but still creates an unorganized environment
  • Try and take five minutes for yourself
    • Whether its alone time in the shower, taking a five minute coffee break, your mind just needs a little "me time."
    • Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s a basic necessity--you only have one body, try to take care of it every now and then.
